Which ever room you stay in, you have a beautiful view whether it being the sea view or the Welsh mountains. The hotel is spotless and the food was beautiful. All the staff are very friendly and make you so welcome. Definitely will be booking again very soon.

Lovely stay for my wife's birthday. Had afternoon tea which was very good and evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Room was small but adequate. Only criticism was that it was very warm and the window didn't open. If I stayed again would book a with a sea view but overall it was a very nice stay

Absolutely loved it, used to lived in Prestatyn 20 years ago, I go back a few times a year to visit my best friend but this was a trip for me and my partner to reminisce over the past because he spent time in Towyn at his caravan home as a kid. Perfect location, very reasonably priced, breakfast was lovely with various options, the pool was lovely and very quiet. I honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel and we are already planning our next visit. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a pleasant experience.

Our second visit and if anything it was better than our first trip which was excellent.. the hotel and parking are really lovely and all the staff were again very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel .. superb breakfast run like clockwork by Sue everything freshly cooked from a lovely menu
We were allocated a lovely triple room but as my 89 yr old mum would have struggled with the over bath shower the lovely staff were quick to sort the problem out with another room with walk in shower well done to you all for a thoroughly enjoyable stay .. we will return

Having a the two interconnecting rooms worked really well for our family with teenagers and having 2 bathrooms also helps with getting ready. The room was very clean, plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water replaced every morning. Lovely fluffy towels which were replaced when needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We used the swimming pool which again was lovely and clean with good changing facilities. We will definately stay here again.

Great hotel and location. It's right on the beach at the quiet end of Prestatyn. The staff are friendly and the place is spotless. The food is very good and the portions huge. We were in 4 times last year and have already booked our second trip this year.

不满意：清洁度、住宿条件和设施、客房舒适度
The hotel staff were friendly but cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The hotel smelt badly of cooking fat, and there were dirty plates, wine glasses, beer bottles and an empty bottle of wine outside our room for over 24hours. These were there when we arrived and were only cleaned away the following day. There was also two full bin liners in the corridor of our room that weren’t cleared way for over 24 hours too.
The food in the restaurant was not very nice. No flavour but quite expensive. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly. Shame about the cleanliness
