「Room was typically small but well laid out. Obviously updated. The bathroom was quite modern and the room had A/C. Appreciated the coffee and tea service in the room which was very clean. Nice linens and towels and comfortable mattress. Breakfast was fine. Most of all the staff really makes you feel like they care about you having a positive experience. Lots to do, see, and eat within walking distance. I would certainly stay here again」

「I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering...

「Hotel is in a great location, super nice design and rooms are comfortable and big toilet compares to most hotels in Paris. Breakfast is also very well thought after, lots of selections and good food. Staff are all very well trained and super friendly.」

「I stayed for a week. I was assigned to a room on the ground floor, which I never expected. On one occasion, one of the staff members even invited a friend over and they talked loudly in the lobby. Most of the staff were very friendly. On the positive side, the room was big and well decorated, but there was no kettle and the mini-fridge was not working. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it was overpriced given all these issues.」

「the hotel room is very small, with much of the space allocated to the bathroom, and we can hardly walk after the luggage boxes are placed in the room. The aircon is centralized controlled and was turned off during our stay. We were asked to open the windows if we want some air, but that was dangerous to do that in Paris. The room was so stuffy and we can't sleep well during all 5 days of stay. Not worth of money. 」

The staff was wonderful throughout my stay, especially Samy at the front desk, who was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind during a time when I truly needed assistance. Very appreciative of the hospitality and would gladly stay again.」
