“This guest house is located in an upscale area of Toccoa within walking distance of the downtown core. There is a dedicated parking stall and the place has a beautiful yard. The space itself is super clean and well equipped. It was my wife and my daughter and I staying and we each had our own space to sleep and get ready. The main floor had a master with an ensuite bathroom plus a desk and sitting area. The main floor also has a kitchen , breakfast bar and living room and laundry room. Upstairs……

“Our son attends Piedmont University and we came up for a long weekend to attend his swim meet and celebrate my husbands birthday. Location was amazing, only a few minutes from the swim meet and beautiful riverfront views. We enjoyed spending time outdoors and walking along the river. Property was well appointed and we appreciated the comfy beds and nice linens. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! We will be back.”

“Had visited Sautee last fall, wanted to see waterfalls in the spring this year, so planned on Toccoa. Emerald Cottage was a wonderful bnb - private, quiet, very clean with many new upgrades from a basic small home - good job!.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a full kitchen and a spacious living/sleeping area. There were lots of decks overlooking the stream and a path to an area to enjoy being close to the small falls. Carol who checked us in was so friendly. This place is peaceful and full of loving touches that make you feel right at home.”

“This place is super cute! We absolutely fell in love with this place. The receptionist kept in contact with us about everything. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night we arrived, But they gave us a great list of places to choose from for dinner. We didn't feel like getting all dolled up after driving so long, so we ended up at Friskos (I think that's what its called) in the same parking as The Oldtime Pub. The inn provided breakfast the next morning of French toast, fresh fruit,……

“The cabin is perfect, it was clean and inviting. The perfect place to unplug from everything. We loved just sitting by the creek listening to the water and nature. I would recommend the o anyone and I will be returning myself. Thank you to the property owners for allowing us to have such a peace easy experience.”
