Penn's View Hotel Philadelphia

10/10 Excellent

"It's a great boutique hotel to visit downtown Philadelphia. The staff is superb, particularly Robert. As a small hotel, amenities are limited."

"Excellent"

Aloft by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were exceptionally pleasant and made the trip very enjoyable."

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

8/10 Good

"Staff was very helpful. Parking, although not on property, was very convenient. Having to use two relatively smaller sized elevators was inconvenient."

Element by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown

8/10 Good

"Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast had a good selection. The gym was also very good, although often crowded. The main downside was the service. Housekeeping was only provided every two days, and the room could use a few more basic amenities. We requested a kettle but never received one. We also had to follow up several times with the front desk after being told someone would come to our room but no one showed up. The staff could also have been more helpful and welcoming. Overall, a good hotel with a great location, but the service could be improved."

Philadelphia Marriott Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"All of the interactions we had with the staff were excellent."

DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was nice and clean and centrally located."
