“Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.”

“Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. He provided some incense and air freshener which did the trick. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The villas need a little repair, but ok. It was……

“We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! This is a gated community about eight blocks from the beach. The property is beautiful, well landscaped and maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The building we stayed in was newly built so the spaces were pristine. Our unit was clean, unclutered, and spacious; the interior design was modern with thoughtfully selected furniture and finishes. Touches of hospitality throughout made us feel at home.
