“After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive but I was very pleased with my stay. The check in was very easy despite arriving out of reception hours as key was left in a safe for collection. The apartment was spacious, excellent air conditioning with a fantastic balcony. The room was clean and towels were changed after a few days but I would have liked to have bedsheets changed. “The apartment has everything you need, whether you are staying for just a few days or for a longer holiday. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to feel at home right away. “Die Anlage ist sehr klein für so viele Menschen. Außerdem war der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig, überall lag Müll und es war dreckig. Die Außenpools waren nicht besonders gepflegt und sehr trüb. Der Innenpool war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Flur oder Nachbarzimmer. Das Essen war ok, aber wenig Auswahl. Dafür war das Personal zum Großteil sehr nett und zuvorkommend.”

“The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. Full of children and staff not doing anything. So not a peaceful setting at all. We checked out a night early and went to stay……

“Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! Sense beach bar is a 3 minute walk from the hotel too (lovely place for food and drinks) Special shout out to Joe, the pool attendant who brought cold cloths over to us when it was so hot to……

“The resort is beautiful - from the decor to the beaches - and the facilities are excellent for all ages - kids club, pools, gym, a new water park is currently being built. Unfortunately, the quality and choice of food at the à la carte restaurants for dinner, particularly for our 2 year old, as well as the general inconsistency of service were below expectations for a five star hotel - especially when you consider the cost of half board. My wife has various food allergies and these were also not……
