The most beautiful house in Pomos

Crystal clear, on a great location, just a few steps from the sea and the beach near the village's harbor with stunning view. Doros was very helpful and the house included much more than the necessary things. The house is very comfortable and the interior as well as exterior is pure bliss. Perfect place for perfect holidays!

Schöne Villa mit tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings vor allem in der Küche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Bilder zeigen das Objekt gut. Der Pool ist kinderfreundlich (flach beim Einstieg), aber auch geeignet ein paar Züge zu schwimmen oder reinzuspringen (1,70m maximal Tiefe). Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind da, es gibt genügend Betten, Liege und Stühle für weitere Personen. Die Villa hat keine direkten Nachbarn, man ist sehr ungestört. Es gibt Strände in Laufweite, die allerdings steinig sind. Trotzdem sind sie sehr schön und scheinbar auch bei Einheimischen beliebt. Vermutlich liegt das an den Felsen im Meer, die den Wellengang etwas abschwächen, und an der sehr schönen Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Abgelegenheit hat aber auch einen Nachteil. Man fährt 25 Minuten nach Polis (die nächste größere Stadt, mit Geldautomaten und Supermärkten) und 1 Stunde nach Paphos. Eigentlich gibt es kaum Sehenswürdigkeit die in unter einer Stunde erreichbar sind, viele sogar erst in über 2 Stunden. In Pomos selber findet man nur zwei Restaurant (Kanallis ist nicht zu empfehlen, Eleni's war gut) und einen Minimarkt, mit sehr begrenzter Auswahl. Mit 15-20 Minuten Fahrt lassen sich allerdings tolle Restaurants mit einheimischen Speisen entdecken (z.B. Val's Place) oder auch ein toller Sandwich Laden an der Klippe direkt zwischen Pomos und dem nächsten Ort. Maria war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit, hat uns aber ansonsten komplett in Ruhe gelassen. Zur Halbzeit wurde das Haus gereinigt und der Pool zweimal in den 12 Tagen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful Villa

Just spent two lovely weeks in this beautiful well equipped villa, very spacious both inside and outside. Walking distance to a pebbled beach, one local restaurant and beach bar. Would recommend a car. Owner very helpful and rang a couple of times to check if everything was ok. House cleaned mid stay and pool maintained regularly by Andreas full of local knowledge.

Superbra boende!!

En riktigt bra bostad, vi var 6 vuxna och 1 spädbarn, gott om plats. Vi kom sent på kvällen o då var det inköpt bröd, smör o ost mm som stod i kylskåpet så vi kunde ta oss en kvällsmacka, vilken service! 😃 Välstädat o fräscht både inom- och utomhus! Lugnt o tyst runt omkring, bara syrsor som låter. Allt till belåtenhet boendet rekommenderas starkt!

Selten in einer so guten und auch so gut ausgestatteten Villa gewohnt. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, Strand (Kies) war zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, es gibt ein paar kleinere Einkaufsläden in der nähe der große ist ca. 30 min entfernt. Der Poolboy und die Organisatorin waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Garten wachsen Orangen, Avocados und Mandarinen welche ca. ab November reif sind und auch gegessen werden können. Der Wirpool war der absolute Hammer, 6 Leute passen perfekt rein. Es war einfach wirklich alles perfekt, kann nur eine Urlaub in diesem Paradies empfehlen.

The place was amazing even better then the photos. I highly recommend it. The host was perfect and everything was very well taken care off. The place is far from the touristic areas so it was really relaxing. The perfect house for a vacation in Cyprus. If i go back i will for shure stay there again. In the garden, by the pool you could hear the sea, because it is very near. I really fell in love with this house. 5 stars

Great villa with fabulous amenities

Lovely spacious villa with all the all the things you need to meet your holiday needs and more. Set in a quiet rural.area but within driving distance of restaurants. One local restaurant with small menu within walking distance. The villa is spotless on arrival and there was another clean midday. Maria rang a number of times to check all was okay and sorted out a problem with the hot tub within 24 hours. Lovely place to have a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the bussle of busy resorts.

Perfect villa, perfect location, wonderful pool. View from the balcony was stunning

Pomos is a very small village, untouched by tourism. Around 800 inhabitants, a few foreigners, one (fish) restaurant at the harbor. Ideal for people looking for the authentic Cyprus, maybe a bit boring for those looking for action.
