“Great location a little away from action and perfect for a beach walk, tranquility, views from rooftop restaurant and bar and amenities. Sea caves and sculpture park 2 minute walk away. Older sophisticated clientele.”

“Wij hadden een appartement met één slaapkamer. De kamer was schoon en netjes verzorgd. Wasmachine, strijkijzer, broodroosters, etc. alles was aanwezig. Zwembadden waren groot en schoon. Fietsenverhuur aanwezig. Personeel was zéér behulpzaam.”

“Ivi Mare markets itself as a luxury resort, but the reality falls well short of that promise. Check-in was slow and poorly managed. After completing forms with our personal details, we were left waiting with little communication before finally being shown to our room. The room itself felt small and standard rather than five-star. The toilet seat was badly stained and smelled unpleasant, creating an odour in the room. Housekeeping replaced it promptly when notified, but it should never have……

“Great resort! Wonderful location walking distance to the great beach! Get to the beach before 9am and you can get sun lounges and umbrella for €3 each! The most amazing breakfast buffet! Very helpful and friendly staff! Free parking on the property! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars!”

“The place was very noisy upstairs neighbours moving chairs until after midnight no reception to complain as they close at 4 pm, one of the beds had dirty sheets as if someone sleep and they just made the bed, there were bed bugs or fleas in the Sofa as we sit there for 10 min and had several bug bites on legs arms and back... I do not recommend for people with an allergy to insect bites as I have”

“This was our third stay in as many years and things have definitely slipped, I’m afraid to say. Food: the biggest disappointment. Undoubtedly to cut costs, the options have slimmed down. Forget salmon at breakfast and don’t get me started on the Greek salad where they seem to have forgotten two key ingredients (olives and onion would you believe it?) It shouldn’t be the case that any of the local restaurants do a better burger than a ‘boutique hotel’ but they do. Have the ‘smashed Angus……
