“Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful and allowed me to move to a flat in the hypnos residences which was wonderful and much preferable to the hotel. “There was no toaster, conditioner or laundry detergent as advertised. No housekeeping either despite me leaving the housekeeping sign on i had to message the host for fresh towels. The host never replied to any of my messages. Upon check in i had to call the host to ask for check in details despite it saying on their site they give these 24 hours beforehand. ”
