Premier Resort is a development with contemporary modern design, located in a nice residential area of Pafos city centre. The modern luxurious finishes complement the architectural concept with an overwhelming sense of luxury sure to leave a lasting impression. The block comprises a 4 – floor building of 24 apartments in total and on the top floor Roof Garden with a swimming pool.
The building located within walking distance to facilities: supermarket, bakery, cafeterias, shops, car and bike rentals, bus stop and leisure activities are all available in the area.

Important Information for Your Stay:
- Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of three nights is required during high season.
- Quiet Hours and Noise Policy: Please respect our residential neighbourhood by keeping noise levels low. No parties are allowed; all outdoor music and activities should be quiet after 11 PM.
- Decoration Policy: Confetti and hanging decorations are not permitted.
- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.
- No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our properties.
- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.
- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.

Directions from Paphos Airport( approximately 25min with a car)
As you are coming out from the airport, you will reach a main road. Turn right on road B6 drive straight and then you turn left just Infront of Papamichael Fruitmarket and you exit to the high way A6.
You drive about 10km just straignt on high way.
You will reach a big roundabout at the entrance of Paphos. Take the first exit and drive straight.
On the next roundabout, please take the 3rd exit, drive again straight until you reach on your right 3 big schools and on the left big square.
On the traffic light you need to turn left, towards the town coming from the hill.
You will see a construction on the roads. Drive little bit more straight and turn on the second right turn. On the corner you will find Astro Bank, turn straight right on a small road. Then left and the Island Blue Premier Tower will be on your left.
Please note that the apartment block has a gate to enter from the back side where are the post boxes. Please dial the number +357 99155381 free of charge. We had added your phone number to the system. Each time you call to enter it will open for you. To go out, use the other exit and you don’t need to call it open automatically.
To open the main entrance door, please type the code: #1953#. When you enter on your left it’s elevator. Please take the elevator and go on the 2nd floor.
The apartment it’s on the 2nd floor, apartment 204. There is a safe key lock box next to the door.

No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
The apartment is in residential areas and should be treated as such, as a home.
All Barbeques should be made on the small stones in the garden and NOT on the patio tiles.
All garbage should be removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.
Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
