Das Zimmer war schön, aber das „Doppelbett“ waren zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, was mit kleinen Kindern sehr nervig ist, da sie ständig auseinander rutschen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war zum Teil sehr unfreundlich, kein „Hallo“, kein „wie kann ich helfen?“. Bei einer Dame hatten wir eher das Gefühl sie beim Nichtstun zu stören. Der ältere Herr an der Bar war super nett und freundlich. Im Restaurant waren freundliche und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter dabei. Die Pools waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel wirkte an sich sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Getränkepreise am Buffet (3€ für ein 0,2 Getränk) deutlich zu hoch. Das Essen war gut. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden und tolle Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt würden wir trotz der Kritikpunkten wahrscheinlich wieder kommen.

Staff were really friendly and polite. Especially the lady at the bar who gave me a complimentary hot chocolate. Breakfast buffet was lovely, staff answered our questions and were helpful. Room was clean and big, only downside was it was really warm at night but we were given a fan which was helpful. The toilet was difficult to close/lock but it was fine as we are family sharing the room.

Short break in a nice place

Everything was fine, nice location, good room size, comfortable beds, very good variety of food, free parking, close walk to the beach. Our stay would be much better if the outdoor swimming pools were heated

I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site. Our rooms were on the 4th floor overlooking the road but still a great view of the mountains - they were simple clean rooms but stark and had none of the soft furnishings displayed in the photos and no wall art. Our toilet was squeezed in behind a structural pillar which made it a real challenge to go to the loo! The AC was a pain, despite it working well it kept switching off and on again all night. As there are all-inclusive options the quality of the food is average and there is the usual sunbed nonsense, with numpties putting their towels down around 7am...although the pool on the lower level always had availabilty. The reception staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Vlad in particular. All in all it was...OK. The sunset is fabulous and the nearby beaches / coves are a delight but the hotel just seemed too overcrowded and a bit too 'meh' for our liking. Shame.

Overnight stay

Just an overnight stay but we were made to feel very welcome. Staff very helpful and the food was very good. Weather was not good (raining and windy)but it was shortlived and sunny the next day

Gute, weitläufige und gepflegte Anlage, nah am Strand. Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und auch das Abendessen als Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert.

This is a friendly homely village style property. The staff cannot do enough for you. The food is better than most five star All Inclusives in the area, and we have been to quite a few of them. Goo quiet location
