Villa Roker!

Location is perfect, short walk to main strip. Pool is also perfect for long chilled days. Having stayed in several villas in Coral Bay, this is one of the better ones. No complaints. 10/10

Overall a lovely stay, communication was excellent throughout. A few points to note: Master bedroom, bedside tables are too big as you can’t get into the wardrobe on one side so we had to move one of them! Outside furniture, table and chairs very comfortable and in good order, the sofa and chair set however was covered in cat hairs as we established this is where they like to sleep. The covers were all very stained and therefore not inviting to use which was a shame.

Lovely villa

We have stayed in Coral Bay before so we knew the area and love it there, the villa is lovely and in the perfect location for the strip, literally 5 minutes walk and there’s also a couple of restaurants around the corner so ideal location, as for the villa it is nicely decorated and roomy with plenty of bathrooms, very convenient to have a toilet downstairs as well as 2 upstairs, it could be updated a bit throughout but nothing bad enough to write about, it didn’t impact our stay, the pool was a lovely size and very warm, it was a pleasure to go in and we used it frequently throughout the day, every day, all in all an absolute gem of a place and you won’t be disappointed, we look forward to returning

Fab villa

The villa is in a quiet location with sea views, and within 5 min walk to the main coral bay strip consisting of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. The villa was spacious with plenty of seating. The pool was very big for the size of the villa, which was a bonus. The water was like bath water, warm and inviting. Only criticism was the sun loungers need to be updated and renewed as they were old and worn. The villa was spotless, the bedding and towels were clean and not stained. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with Ezoria was great, they responded straight away to any queries or issues.

We had a lovely time but the property could benefit from a little TLC outside. For instance painting the wall with the adjoining property and the fence at the back. This could do with being higher as the area at the back is used as a car park by neighbouring properties and feels a bit exposed. The view has gone due to other properties being built so it could be higher to feel more private and secure. Under the sink area seems to have a lot of condensations too which drips so this could be looked at as smells damp. Nice villa. Just a shame these few things let it down as it’s a great spot.

Great villa with good communication with management company pre arrival and a welcome pack included. Spacious rooms although master bedroom needs reconfigured to allow easier access to the safe and wardrobe. Great air conditioning, essential in July, plenty crockery and an outside barbeque. As there were 6 adults it could improve by having 6 seats on the downstairs patio. Pool are was great, water was very warm, comfortable loungers although the arms got very hot. We just made sure the towels covered the arms. Upstairs balcony could have benefited from 4 chairs instead of 2 as there are 2 bedrooms with access. Overall you would not be disappointed with this villa which is close to the main strip, bus stops, supermarket and all other requirements
