「The air conditioning was broken when we got there. The staff refused to fix it and the heat was horrible. We had to keep the doors open because the heat got so bad so we woke up with bug bites everywhere. There were ants all over the room as well. The staff kept saying they would fix it and wouldn’t even come check on it or move us into another room. We spent the whole trip like this. The staff was also very rude and felt very unwelcoming. They make you feel like family while not being intrusive. Elsa who manages the food and beverage program is a huge asset and a wonderful person. 「We had a wonderful stay at the Mykonos Grand. The staff was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations for dining and activities. The hotel was very clean, and offered breathtaking views that made our stay even more special. Room was lovely, great balcony, view, beach and sea literally minutes away. Bar drinks are very generous measures. Such a great vibe hotel. Would highly recommend. 「It's a nice hotel with great facilities and staff. But it's far away from downtown (20+ minutes) and limited buses. It's good for the people who like to relax in quite environment. For the one who wants nightlife, I don't recommend it. 整體上飯店服務及設施都不錯，但是因為離市中心很遠，巴士班次有限，交通不太方便，對於喜歡夜生活的人不建議，但是希望安靜渡假者，這是不錯的選擇。」
