"We did not get the room we booked and paid for at Mandalay Bay, they said they were sold out and moved us to the W. Rooms not as nice, super far from where we needed and had planned to be. we were told the new accommodations had a sleeper sofa …it did not. Zero bathroom amenities . Asked 3 times for q tips …received shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and hand wash we didn’t ask for and still no q tips. Bed uncomfortable and pillows so full of stuffing everyone has a sore neck. "
