“We have been visiting Les Arcs for 5 years now, usually staying four weeks. We absolutely love the Belmont, its a great location, the kids can walk to camp but most of all we love the service, Charlotte, Gerianne, Maeva, they are the best. They have been here every single year with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work!”

“Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable……

“Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not……

“Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz……

“Appartement très agréable, confortable, avec une bonne literie. Bien qu'on entende les bruits de chaises ou d'enfants qui courent au dessus, l'insonorisation semble plutôt bonne dans l'ensemble. Juste un bémol sur 2 points : - la procédure d'arrivée : beaucoup d'attente... pour s'entendre dire qu'il faut patienter parce qu'on n'est pas sur que la chambre soit prête. J'ai au final eu ma clé à 17h45 alors que je pouvais arriver à partir de 17h - le dernier jour, alors qu'on doit quitter pour 10h,……

“The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing ”

“Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. When we got to the "right" hotel, they couldn't find our booking - absolute shambles. We were "lucky" we didn't have young children in tow. Also the……
