“WORST EXPERIENCE! HOST COMPANY did not send checkin details in a timely fashion as they said they would. My wife had to wait in our UBER for 20 minutes with a sick Uber driver while I called the HOST EHO DID NOT ANDWER SEVERAL CALLS and speak to security who could not help me. Finally I had to speak to Expedia support. We ended up having to book a real hotel which is what we thought we were getting. This is NOT A HOTEL! They should not list vacation rentals as hotels. CHECKIN WAS A……

Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he……

“super good!”

“Perfect”

“From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but……

“Except for that it was delayed for me to pick up my key, everything is fine.”
