This family villa is in a great location, just 2 minutes drive from the center of Protaras and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. You will also find several beautiful sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity and a short drive will take you to Ayia Napa.
Entering the house on the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with a lounge, kitchen, dining area, and toilet. The living room has 2 sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking, from a full-size cooker, crockery, and cooking utensils as well as a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay more enjoyable.
On the top floor of the building you will find 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning, double beds, large wardrobes, and large windows that let the sunshine in and fill your batteries with energy and vitamin D. Also on the top floor is the main bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair
