Situated in a quiet area of Protaras, 300 metres from beautiful Vizakia Beach and 800 metres from the centre of Protaras, this beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa offers private overflow pool (9,5m x4,5m), a nice garden, is equipped with modern outdoor furniture and outdoor shower. As you walk in you will find spacious living area with modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining set and sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped. A comfortable living area will offer a lot of entertainment with local and satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and it features en-suite bathroom with washing basin, toilet and shower. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with washing basin, toilet and shower. There is an additional family bathroom with washing basin, toilet and bath tub. The two double bedrooms on the first floor have a balcony with panoramic sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The nearest bus stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away and the buses run regularly during the summer months. Fig Tree Bay is less than 15 minutes walk and Konnos Bay is set in Cape Greco National Park a 5 minute ride away.

An excellent villa a great location and a wonderful host

Crystal sea villa is situated just outside Protaras, with a ten minute walk along an amazing boardwalk which stretches for several miles if you like walking. There are some excellent beaches less than 200 meters just down the road from the villa. Our family consisting of five adults and two children have just arrived home 11/06/2023 from a great holiday here, our host Chrysia was excellent, from first booking keeping in touch by email until we left wishing us a safe journey, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was spotless and the pool also which was cleaned twice a week, there is aircon in all rooms and all the usual amenities. We have used other Villa companies for several years and can honestly say this villa is by far better than most we have stayed in and much better value for money. We asked if we could have a late check out and we’re willing to pay, Chrysia said there would be no extra charge if nobody had booked, if it was booked, she said we could leave our property in her villa next door. Thank you very much Chrysia

Enjoyable stay

Great time with our kids (6 and 3yo) enjoying the well sized pool and easy access to a great beach (Vyzakia) just 5 mins walk away. The villa is in a quiet location away from the centre of Protaras. We only went into the centre twice in the week we stayed and found the local area around the villa to have what we needed generally. Also enjoyed the beach at Konnos but didn't spend time at the more famous Fig Tree bay. Didn't realise the heated pool came at an additional cost but can see that this is stated on the listing so an oversight on my part. Worth it though in late October. Especially enjoyed the citrus fruit trees in the gardens and the lemons and pomelos they provided us... amazingly fresh with such great taste. The bbq was also a pleasure to use.

Great family vacation!

It was an easy, fun and lovely experience. The house is clean, attractive, well equipped and convenient to the beach and the tourist area and facilities in Protaras. Chrystia and Marinos were helpful, friendly welcoming and you can see how important it is to them that their guests have a great vacation. The pool, barbecue and pizza oven are amazing ! We recommend this villa for any family holiday.

Excellent villa in a wonderful location

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children (5/2) so this fabulous 4 bed villa worked brilliantly for our requirements. The owner, Chrysia, has been a great help throughout the run up to the holiday and answered my many questions quickly and very helpfully. Chrysia was also there on arrival to meet us and ensure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The villa is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with lots of utensils for cooking, cleaning, etc. It was particularly helpful having a small children's table/chairs and plastic plates/cups for the small children. Each room has air conditioning and towels are provided for both inside the villa and also for by the pool which saved a lot of space in our suitcases. The pool area is lovely and private. The pool was cleaned and maintained whilst we were there and had very comfortable loungers around the pool plus two different dining tables (one in the sunshine and one in the shade). This allowed for some lovely meals to be enjoyed outside. The location of the villa is brilliant. It is a 10 minute walk into Fig Tree Bay/Protaras so it is close enough for easy access but far enough removed so as to be a quiet and relaxing place. There is a decent supermarket 5 minutes from the villa which was well stocked for food/drinks. There is also a small beach 5 minutes walk from the villa which we went to several times and was perfect for us with small children as it was never overcrowded. You could also walk along a coastal path through to Fig Tree Bay rather than use the main roads. We preferred this route as there was more of a breeze along the beach path. I really could not find anything to fault with this villa and we will probably return next year. Chrysia and her family were very welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

A lovely villa, terrific pool and only a short walk from the beach

The villa is spacious and well-appointed. We were a party of older adults and found it easy and comfortable to be in. The villa is light and airy, with air con and fans to keep the heat at bay, especially at night. The pool is a big plus - clean and very well-kept, with a range of chairs and lounges, and we spent a long time in and around it! The nearby beach, which is only 5-7 mins away, is gorgeous and relatively secluded. Great swimming for all levels of confidence, and smaller and less busy than nearby Fig Tree Bay. Cyprus is small enough for visitors to enjoy a variety of pleasures: we had 2 hire cars between us and spent a fascinating day walking in the Troodos mountains - 90 mins drive away - and visiting some fantastic churches with painted interiors that a part of a UNESCO world heritage site. The owner, Chrysia, and her family were very friendly and helpful: when we noted the absence of a few items (a bread knife and some glasses - we went towards the end of the season) they were supplied immediately. We cooked quite a lot in the evening, and there were plenty of pots, pans etc (eating outside under the awning was a particular pleasure of the holiday). A couple of things: some of our party found the mattresses a bit hard, though I didn't. And the villa would benefit from an instruction booklet (though Chrysia answered all our queries immediately). For example, it took us a little while to work out the controls for the cooker (it's a new style electric cooker, very effective, but we were all used to gas). These are small things, and I recommend the property very highly. I hope we are able to go back again soon.
