Protaras Seafront Villa Sirina Pearl
Protaras Holiday Villa Sirina Pearl is a 5 bedroom super luxurious property located on Sirina Bay one of the most sought after bays in Protaras. The closest beach is only 50 meters walk from the villa. A further 2 more local beaches are within 5-minutes walk from the villa. Within 2-5 minutes’ drive you will find all amenities, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, clinic, beaches & water sports.
The villa offers great space inside & out, ideal for large groups or families whilst maintaining privacy from neighbours. The outdoor facilities consist of an over-flow swimming pool 3x5m, outdoor furniture, BBQ, mature gardens, under ground parking with electric gates (ample for 2 cars). The beach is accessible from the bottom of the garden via a pathway (approx. 50 metres).
Inside the villa you are constantly reminded of high class living, from high quality furnishings to the panoramic sea views visible from most rooms in the property. What makes this villa a perfect choice for a memorable holiday is the fact that natural light is in most rooms throughout the day. The living room offers great space for friends and family to enjoy social time whilst maintaining a great sense of functionality & easy living. The living room offers satellite T.V complete with a DVD player (movies incl.), great lighting throughout and integrated air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & preparing meals. Ont the ground floor there is also a guest WC.
The upper floor offers 3 double bedrooms all en-suite and two of which offer amasing seaviews. All bedrooms offer black out blinds, good wardrobe space, high quality double beds with orthopaedic mattresses, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedrrom also offers a spacious veranda with beautiful views of the bay.
The basement offers two large bedrooms, shower room, laundry room and access to the garage. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed while the secoond offers two single beds. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
Overall this is no ordinary holiday home, It’s a master piece waiting to be enjoyed.
Pernera - Protaras Holiday Villa Sirina Pearl is a new modern and elegantly decorated seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras on Sirina Bay near the Crystal Springs Hotel and only 2 minutes’ walk from a child friendly sandy beach.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favoured amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Aigialos Lounge & Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay
