Villa was lovely and clean and comfortable, very impressed with the out door space and enclosure for small children with toys in. Situated in a quiet area, close to amenities, slight problem with the washing machine but it was sorted out immediately. Would 100% definitely stay again and definitely recommend this property to others.

I Cannot recommend this villa enough we have all had a fantastic holiday the villa and pool are absolutely fantastic and so well equipped and it was spotless. The hosts and property manager couldn't be more helpful and organised and the location couldn't be better we hired a car but you really dont need to as there is everything you need on your doorstep and a great bus service we were a mixed group of all ages and there was something for everyone nearby although it was hard to leave the pool to go anywhere we will definitely be back x

Fantastic!

Lovely villa, great location and very clean. Very close to the beach and shops, plenty to do for all! The host was very accommodating and kept in touch to make sure all was ok. Would definitely recommend. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning in the future.

Such a lovely stay

I recently stayed here with my one year old and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in villa mandarin. There were plenty of things for my son to play with outside and the pool area was lovely. It was a short walk to the beach, around 7min and there was a supermarket the same distance which was perfect for us with a baby. We would definitely stay again if we return to Cyprus.

October visit

A group of 4 adults stayed at the start of October. The villa was as advertised but we felt that the furnishings around the pool, where we spent much of our time, were tired and could do with refreshing. The loungers were cracked and the cushions on the chairs needed throwing out they were so threadbare. We were also disappointed that there wasn't any clean bedlinen for the second week. The downstairs bathroom smelt of damp. Otherwise all was OK.

Home from home

The villa mandarin was very good. It had everything we needed and was very functional. Some of the furniture and household items were a little tired, but it wasn't too much of an issue and certainly didn't detract too much from our experience. What I can say is that the communication from the owner was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd certainly recommend booking with them.

Mandarin Villa disappointment

We stayed here for a week and although the villa has 3 bedrooms there is only 1 bathroom upstairs. We found this to be a issue as there was 7 of us. Unfortunately we found that the decor/furniture is a bit tired and dated. We all noticed that our clothes smelt after being in the wardrobes and that was in all bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom needs a good steam clean to bring it up to scratch. I was disappointed that there was only 1 toilet roll and no toilet waste bags for the bins left. If this was me I’d ensure there was plenty for everyone to use. The kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t use much only the dishwasher? The pool area is ample big enough but please go through the box of equipment/toys left for everyone to use as they are filthy. The pool water was freezing which is to be expected at this time of year. The front of the house looks out on to refuge bins. This is a tip. People coming and going all day with lots of cats, broken glass, garden waste thrown everywhere. While we were there we had very strong winds and a lot of the rubbish ended up against the villa. The view was very disappointing and had I known I would have disregarded it. We were surprised with the area and how limited it was to buy food and cafes. It’s a resort for staying in a hotel not self catering. There is several beaches close by but again we found this difficult to buy refreshments unless you were staying in a hotel. The hotels didn’t let you purchase any drinks or food.

Mandarin Villa

Great place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach , bars and restaurants approximately 5-10 minutes away in the other direction with plenty of variety to choose from The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two double bedrooms and two singles in the other. Although the villa sleeps 8 this would necessitate 2 people sleeping in the living room area so may not be suitable for everyone. Air con in all rooms is a big plus. Good size pool in comparison with other villa and plenty of sunbeds .Great communication from the owners and allowed us to stay on past the checkout time due to our later flight ( this is not guaranteed as they could be guests due to check in later in the day). Speak to the owners in advance and I’m sure if they help you they can. Have stayed in many villas in Cyprus and this is up there with the best of them in terms of value for money. Would definitely book again

Fantastic holiday.. a home from home

We had a fantastic two weeks (Aug 1 - Aug 14 2022) in this beautiful home, just 6-7min from the beach/marina. And of course the coastal path. Great communication with the villa owners (Mr and Mr Patel) before we went. And with Tony the property manager. Everything was set up smooth as clockwork. Within the home, lots of kitchen equipment for indoor and outdoor use. Utensils and cookware were all in good condition. Bedrooms were of good size with lots of cupboard space, and areas to keep the suitcases hidden away. The bathrooms were both nice and clean, and a powerful shower. Outside, the pool is perfect for families with young children, especially. Depth ranging 0.9m to 1.50m which was also cleaned twice a week. Enough sunbeds to go round. So what could be better? From a stay perspective, nothing. It's been brilliant. And we'll be going back. If I was to be picky, maybe better outdoor and poolside lighting. Across the road from the property are the community refuse/recycling bins. General waste/food bins are collected most nights. However, the plastics recycling wasn't and therefore these bins overflowed. Winds mean some rubbish finds its way outside the front yard. Finally, this is a beautiful home from home. And a great base for just about anything this beautiful island has to offer.

Family home

We’ve just returned from a week long stay at Mandarin Villa for our first family trip abroad. The owners were so helpful with all my many questions regarding the villa. Contacting my during our stay also to ensure everything was okay. The home is perfect for a small family want a central home to explore the area. The living room area leaves plenty of room to sit and relax as well as the baby to play. The kitchen functioned well enough for making baby bottles and breakfast each morning. We appreciated having a downstairs toilet with shower. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. Enough room for the cot around the bed. The outside area worked well for the 1 day we stayed by the villa. Location is good. Short walk down the bottom of the road to the broad walk where you can walk down to a couple bays and restaurants. You can also walk down into town on the road. Overall a good value family home

Peaceful Retreat

We rented this lovely villa for the second time (Previously for 5 weeks in 2017) and we enjoyed it very much again. Closest beach is in walking distance and others including some of blue flag ones just minutes by car. There are restaurants and small shops closeby. Pool is excellent and wifi flawless even for Netflix streaming. I'd recommend to everyone. Jan

Great property to stay for a relaxing family vacation

Stayed 9 days in our October break as a family. We found it very relaxing and plenty of your for the family. Open plan living area works great and bedrooms where very spacious. Great communication from the owners and support from local management if required. Would recommend! Regards Adam

Perfect

We are a family of 5 and had a great holiday at Villa Mandarin. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, it was like being home from home with the added bonus of a fantastic pool. Communication with the owners and the villa manager in Cyprus was excellent. The villa is located a short walk away from the beach, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Holiday

I cannot fault any aspect of the villa/ holiday, The booking process was very easy and all my questions were answered immediately by Rashmita. The villa location is perfect, a short walk to a lovely beach (we preferred Sirena Bay), pubs and restaurants in Pernera (would highly recommend Knights bar if you like sports, and the food there is very good too) and the wonderful Pinia restaurant which is a 2 minute walk across the road. I lived in Cyprus for 3 years and have visited on many occasions and can honestly say this is one of my favourite restaurants ever. The Meze and Lamb Kleftiko are fantastic. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the pool was lovely. We did have a minor issue when the pool pump stopped working and it went a bit murky, but the pool guy immediately noticed and called in an electrician to get the fault fixed within a few hours. If I have to find any negatives (which is hard) I would say that the decking around the pool area could do with a bit of maintenance as some of the boards are coming a bit loose and a few screws are slightly raised. The only other issue that we found was that neither the downstairs or upstairs bathroom doors would lock (the upstairs wouldn't close). This wasn't a problem for us as we are all family but it may cause a problem for other guest staying. We reported it to Tony the maintenance guy so I'm sure it will resolved soon. Everything else was perfect and we are already planning booking for next year.

Lovely family villa

We stayed at mandarin villa with our 2 kids (7 yrs and 18 months) for a week. The villa was perfect for families. It had everything needed for a small toddler including high chair, stair gate, non slip decking and play area. The villa itself is lovely. Very spacious, great sized pool and all equipment you could need. The villa is about a 5 minute walk from a lovely small beach and 10 minute walk to the small town. There is a lovely restaurant just over the road too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend mandarin villa.

Rigtig dejlig hus

Dette hus kan klart anbefales til andre. God størrelse af hus, stille område, god solrig terrasse med pool. Kort afstand til strand. Vil gerne booke det anden gang. Udlejer Pavel, er meget hurtige til at svare tilbage og meget hjælpsomme.

Lovely villa!

Had a lovely time in this villa- it has all of the essentials that u will need. Great location- turn left at the top of the road and the beach is a short walk away, turn right and there is a road packed with restaurants and bars, the villa is also a 5 minute ride in a taxi to the main part of Napa. The villa was spacious 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool, bbq and decking area were great but you have to pay extra for the hot tub. The Patels were great hosts- I would rent with them again!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gross, sauber und gut eingerichtet. An der Austattung gibt es eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, ausser dass die Küchenutensilien schon seine besten Tage hinter sich haben. Der Aussenbereich verfügt über Pool, Jacuzzi (Kostet extra), Pingpongtisch, Essbereich, Liegestühle und vieles mehr und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Pernera und an einem Strand der meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr schön ist. Jedoch kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten und an den Figrteebay fahren (ca. 5-10 min) der ist wunderschön. Mit dem Taxi ist man in ca 15 min in Ayia Napa und bezahlt dafür 15-20 EUR. Der Transfer vom Flughafen wurde für uns von der Hausbesitzerin organisiert und hat bei uns für 4 Personen 100 EUR gekoster und ca 40 min gedauert. Wir hatten einen tollen aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
