Other than the excellent staff, this hotel/inn lacks major maintenance. There are leaking pipes, taps, and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. Additionally, there is no signboard to identify the building. The entrance of the hotel is definitely not aesthetically pleasing. The hotel advertises its newer buildings but does not mention a three-story building with rooms, which guests are often assigned to. This requires carrying all luggage up three flights of stairs.

The highlight of this hotel/inn is the hospitable staff. However, maintenance is lacking. The front of the hotel gives a rundown appearance, making it easy to miss. Additionally, the pipe taps are leaking, and the rooms are in need of upgrading

Het personeel vd receptie en de washok en 1 schoonmaakster en de jongen aan de bar waren vriendelijk. Twee oudere dames aan de bar,kon geen lachje van af. Er is geen nachtlampje in de slaapkamers. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten. Ontbijt zeer eentonig. Ham,kaas en salami ei,pindakaas,jam. Weinig keuze in vleeswaren. Tosti apparaat was een opklaptostiapparrat.wanneer iemand zijn tosti had gemaakt was het vuil en zo bleef het.mijn appartement is 5 dagen niet schoongemaakt Gelukkig was er een dame vd washok die het hoorde en die heeft het elke dag schoongemaakt En goed schoongemaakt ook. Matrassen keihard. Airco lekte. Portier was aardig. Een grote tegenvaller.

Ik was in de voorste monumentale pand. Heel mooi was dat. Elke dag schone kamer. Service receptie en restaurant waren goed. De binnenstad is op.loopafstand. Buiten de stad kun je bereiken met een taxi. Omgerekend is dat gemiddeld 4 euro.

Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant. Nous avons réservé une chambre double avec deux lits doubles. En arrivant (après avoir payé la totalité du montant), on nous conduit à une chambre avec seulement un lit double. La réservation sur Expédia mentionnait noir sur blanc qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre double, spacieuse, avec deux lits doubles. La réception de l'hôtel n'a pu nous amener aucune solution, même pas un matelas à mettre par terre pour faire dormir notre fils. Accessoirement, pas de savon et traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain Point positif : belle piscine avec jacuzzi
