"The Roadway Inn was the worse experience I have ever experienced. Starting with lack of help. Walking to our room the courtyard floor was filthy, there was trash and dirty linens piles all over, the carpet was stain throught out wal to our room, in parts of our walk there seemed to be blood on the carpet. When we opened our door., it did not spell clean and fresh, beds were lumpy not made tight. There was no TV plug for 'the TV, on the wall the air unit was disconnected., thebatroom air vent was falling off as well as the stucco. When i went to call the front office there was no connection to the phone, and rugs were filthy. We needless to say , i requested a refund. Thankfully my money was returned to me. I have a video and pictures as needed. Later i found out its a prostitute hang out and drug dealing there on the facility "

"This property has no personnel at the counter and when calling no one answers. When I did get an answer, I was put on hold on my way from he airport and arrived at the property to find the person working at the time talking with someone in the lobby. The condition of the hotel is poor. Haphazard work like painting is going on at all times of the day and debris, trash etc is left in the halls and entrance. "

"Clean rooms. A staff at the desk was too busy on his cell phone to pay attention to us. Only problem. Everything else was excellent. "

"For a hotel that has the Wyndham name link to this hotel you will wxpect better condotions, the tv wasn't working, my husband had to plug it and set it up."

"Elegante was great and would be a great place for a seminar. My Father and I stayed 5 days. Clean with a lot of character. It was quiet when needed and a lot of people having a good time. Elegante fue bien! Despues de cinco dias me siento contento con esta lugar! Los cuartos son limpios.Eleganté fue tranquilo cuando necesario. Cuando regresa a Tejas podemos quedar aqui otra vez! "
