帕拉姆斯度假短租

“Towels provided are dirty. Water split out in shower tub n made the floor all wet. Noisy environment at night ”

“地點非常好， 不是旅館是像民宿經營，我會每天幫你打掃，房間的使用的材料都補充，不要期待太高。”

“Great!”

“A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here……

“Super friendly staff, generally spacious, everything is smooth”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa!”

“Foi uma otima escolha! Recomendamos!”

“The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.”

“The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.”

“There’s construction going on in the building but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great! Compared to other hotel rooms for the price it was quite large. I would stay here again.”

“Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable……

“Das OYO Times Square war der perfekte Ort für meine Reise nach New York zum Jahresende. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich wünschte wirklich, ich hätte ihnen meine Dankbarkeit dafür ausdrücken können, dass sie meinen kurzen Aufenthalt so angenehm gestaltet haben.”

“It’s very difficult to find a property that can house a family of five in one room affordably, but this place did just that. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Maria war uns eine unglaubliche Hilfe, sie hat unsere Reise unvergesslich und stressfrei gestaltet. Vielen Dank, Maria!”
