Indoor outdoor flow. Spa to relax in outside the master bedroom. Close to amenities, popular cafes and music venues. A wonderful sanctuary to relax and unwind. Jump on the Te Ara hou o Rangiheata expressway for a quick trip into Wellington/Poneke.

Enjoyable stay. FYI - self cleaning required
We had a nice stay at this property - the spa, feijoa trees and fireplace were awesome! The beds and rest of the house were comfortable. Place is 10mins walk to the beach which was lovely. The only negative is that the lounge doesn’t get much sun or natural light, but the fireplace made it warm enough. We also had issues when leaving the place not realising that the cleaning fee we paid only covers laundry of linen. This wasn’t mentioned on the website at the time of booking so something to be mindful of if you don’t want a place that requires self-cleaning.

We had a lovely few days here, and especially liked the location, spa and log burner. Green and leafy garden. Well equipped. Would recommend.

Lovely spot to relax and unwind
A cute cottage, close to the beach and handy to cafes and four square. A lovely place to spend a few days in peace and quiet. Beautiful garden, and the spa a real treat.

Mixed impression
25 Forrest Road is a spacious 3-bedroom one-storey house in a quiet area. The property is well equipped with washing machine etc, and a hot tub outside (which we didn't use). The problem is cleaning, which seems to be partly left to those using the property. It could do with a good dusting and cobweb clearance. We had to wash plates and cutlery before using. Mice raided a suitcase and nibbled chocolate, which necessitated a complete cleanout.

Home away from home
The property is beautiful. We stayed here for a month and enjoyed every moment. The beds were very comfortable hot tub was a very nice to relax in in the evening. There are fruit trees in the back garden. The yard is beautiful. Area is super relaxing. We absolutely loved our time. When we travel back we are hoping to stay here again

Perfect!
Our third stay in this very comfortable cottage in a beautiful garden setting. Short walk to the beach, dairy, cafe, and fish & chips shop. Short drive to large shopping centre. Great support from the hosts! Highly recommended!

Great place for getaway
Property a bit out of the way but very pleasant for a break away from the rat race. Property set in nature and could hear birds chirping. Had everything you needed for a rustic getaway. Would recommend what you see in the photos is what you get.
