“Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well.”

“Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Der Schlüsselübergabeprozess war……

“Awesome apartment. Great neighborhood with everything you could want. Alex was a fantastic communicator and super friendly.”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Hassle of walking up the stairs to the third floor with luggage”

“I stayed for 6 nights in May 2026. it is quite newly renovated but everything there are small but functional (very common in Paris). location is great and walkable to everything but kinda tucked away from all the noisy bars and night life of Marais. highlights: 1. Luggage locker: I loved their luggage locker made me feel safe. I didn’t lock my lock properly (my bad) and came back 6 hours later and luggage are still safe. 2. Elevator: it is tiny but i’m just grateful there is one after waking……

“Its location is so friendly to reach metro and railway station. Quiet spot. So many food choice around. Affordable room rate. Clean and comfy. Even though it doesn’t have a bar and a restaurant on site, there are two nice cafe next door. Will love to come bake to here in my next trip to Paris.”

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”
