「Most of the amenities weren’t available but the beauty of the chateau and the kindness of the caretakers more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a quiet place to soak in the countryside, this is it. Serene, quiet and beautiful If you don’t have a vehicle be sure to stop at the grocery before heading in. 「Small boutique hotel with very friendly feel. Located about 15-20 mins walk from the old town in a quiet area. There's also a tram stop right outside which will take you to old town in 5 mins. Rooms were clean and tidy and the owner/manager was extremely helpful with local information. 」

「Als wir zu zweit ins Hotel angereist sind, haben sie uns unser Zimmer und sonst Besonderheiten gezeigt. Am nächsten Morgen, als wir unser Zug um 7:33 hatten und am 7:05 unser Schlüssel zurück gegeben haben, war das Personal sehr hilfreich und wir konnten unsere Koffer dort für den Tag lassen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung.」

「We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved Bordeaux and villas Foch was the perfect place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. The room was always spotless after cleaning and they left us chocolates and treats in the room. The location was excellent, quiet area of the city right by the tram. But walkable to most areas in the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux. 」

「Zeer goede b&b ziet er mooi uit. Heerlijk met zwembad 10 minuten lopen van het centrum . Goed ontbijt met diverse feanse kazen en vleeswaren de eigenaar bakte elke dag een vers heerlijk. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren mooi ingerichte kamer we waren er 9 dagen we waren erg te vreden. Bordeaux mooie stad beetje klein parijs maar dan met een gemoedelijke sfeer en centrum 」

「Une expérience vraiment sympathique. George, le maitre des lieux est un personnage attachant. Loquace, distillant conseils et idées pour visiter, déjeuner, diner.
