Plenty of opportunities to walk around the area/vineyards, or take trips to the many fairly close château. The hosts are friendly mostly only French spoken, but we were able to communicate with a few words. A very good place to stay.”

Es verfügt über 2 Terrassen und an kühleren Tagen kann gern der Kamin benutzt werden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut: Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer bieten alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet; in das Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.……

Communication with René was incredibly efficient before and during our stay, including recommended restaurants and local events taking place during our stay. Location of the property is perfect for what we wanted - close to the centre of Avoine and it's facilities, but secluded and not overlooked.
