“It's just ok for 4stars hotel. Breakfast is good. Easy parking, it's 5 mins waking to the leaning tower of pisa.”

“Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking. What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought……

“Zelden zijn we zo gastvrij ontvangen. Geweldig! Deze accommodatie is compleet voor een fijne vakantie. Het personeel is meer dan gastvrij. Je wordt onthaalt met koffie of iets anders. De uitleg wat allemaal kan (alles kan) is erg fijn. In de omgeving is verrassend veel te zien en te beleven, op natuur of cultureel gebied kom je volledig aan je trekken. Kort samen gevat, doen en geniet van de geweldige gastvrijheid! ”

“AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. ”

“前台不会讲英语！半夜走廊很吵”

“酒店离市区比较远，但整体环境还不错，房间很干净床也大就是床垫太差了，今天早上起来身上都痛，另外早餐的盘子都看起来不太干净！除此之外其他都很好，而且订的价格也是超级划算的，还有游泳池很漂亮支付1欧元就可以，很可惜到酒店的时候比较晚第二天又赶时间没能去泳池玩。”

“Avevamo prenotato un tipo di stanza e ci è stata data un'altro tipologia di stanza, tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Qualche problemino ma subito risolto dal gestore.”

“La cordialità è il clima sereno è il punto forte della struttura. Sia il proprietario che il personale si sono mostrati cordiali e disponibili nel agevolare il nostro soggiorno.”

“Sono arrivato alle 22,00 con la prenotazione Expedia per la quale avevo già effettuato il pagamento e mi hanno riferito che non avevano alcuna convenzione con Expedia. HO DOVUTO NUOVAMENTE PAGARE LA STANZA per poter pernottare”

“Very good and cheap hotel. It is traffic convient if you drive to there. The room is clean and comfortable. The servant is so kind, friendly, and sweet. There are also parking lot and cute swimming pool for break and tea time. We do love it and must live there if back Napoli.”
