"The hotel did not honour the hotels.com prepayment and we were charged twice. When this was raised with the hotel the refund from hotels.com was not a full refund and included a £90 charge. Very disappointing"

"Overnight stop on the way back from the Alps and it was functional at best, not particularly clean and very expensive for the family room - £193 / night."

"I couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to stay in wine country! The room was excellent, walkable from the train station and the historic downtown area. Breakfast was unbelievable.
Quick tip about Beaune -all the best restaurants require reservations. The one directly across the street from the hotel was amazing! "

"This is a charming boutique hotel on the edge of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter. It is a very walkable neighborhood with convenient stores and restaurants."

"This hotel was simple but very clean an comfortable. We spent one night on a roadtrip and it was suitable and much better than other roadside hotels we stayed in. The receptionist was very kind and because the coffee vending machine didn’t work she offered us free coffee from the breakfast bar (we didn’t pay for breakfast.) would stay here again"
"The entrance was tucked away next to the hotel and we made it in the second time around and parked at the alley entry and then used the hotel parking which was super convenient. Staff changed our room so I would not need to haul bags up steps. The room was great but smaller than we had planned. It was a short walk to the old city so location was fabulous. The hospital museum was a must see highlight."
"Very nice hotel all-around. Our room was great, we enjoyed the bar area, and we ate onsite several times. Great easy location just outside the city walls. "
"The hotel fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable beds and a very convenient location. The concierge is very helpful and capable. We truly enjoyed the wine tours and tastings."
"Very friendly member of staff on reception. Went out of way to help. Professional but approachable. Pool area lovely. Junior suite family of four perfect as a stop over on our journey. Air con. Spacious. Quiet. My only small complaint is the pillows weren’t the best but it’s minor. Would 100% stay again. "
