In the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, in the Sèvres-Lecourbe district, ideal location for this completely renovated apartment.
The place is very bright because it enjoys a triple exposure with unobstructed views, It also has all the comfort and charm of the old (parquet, moldings, high ceilings).
It comprises a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large living-dining room, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Up to 5 people, this apartment is ideal for a family.
It is located on the 5th floor of a building that is not equipped with a lift.
Close to all shops, with a life of quiet and pleasant (bakery, grocery, fish, cheese, ...), you will also find many restaurants.
The near several metro lines and bus makes this apartment a great place to visit Paris. The Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides are easily accessible on foot (20 minutes maximum).

Loïc est très accommodant, l’appartement contient tout ce qu’il faut, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Super bien situé, à 5-7 minutes de marche de 2 lignes de métro et à environ 15 minutes d’une autre. Boulangerie, fromagerie, boucherie et poissonnerie à un coin de rue. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 3 adolescents/jeune adulte. Notre voyage à Paris a été magnifique.

Delightful apartment in Paris
We had a great stay in Paris in this apartment. It was a delightful neighborhood with many amenities nearby. The beds were all very comfortable. The shower and the washing machine were great! The toilet closet is a bit tight and the floors are creaky. There was a lot of charm to the building and the apartment with the spiral staircase.

Prima appartement in rustige buurt
We hebben 5 heerlijke dagen gehad in Parijs. Leuk appartement, elke dag een workout met de wenteltrap en 5 verdiepingen, maar goed te doen. Het appartement is goed verzorgd, compleet en gezellig. De buurt is fijn, vrij rustig, metro vlakbij. Prima restaurant, vlakbij de metro; Le Blomet. Aanrader!

Perfekt für Städteurlaub mit Familie
Super Lage um Paris zu erkunden. Tolles Apartment, sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nachts ist die Straße laut, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Vielen Dank Loic!

Nice apartment
Overall our stay was great. Check in was easy and very accommodating for us. 2 adults and 3 kids with one bathroom is always a tricky juggling act but made it work. The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator so if you have multiple heavy bags it's a workout to get up there. There is no ac unit but there are a couple of fans and you can open widows and close shutters at night to keep it cool. Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of grocery/food options around. We enjoyed our time and our host was great!

Excellent Apartment, Great Location
We had such a great time at Loic’s place. His apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Paris within a short walking distance to a few major metro stations. Lots of great options for restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby.
The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of beds and linens. The bathroom toilet is literally in a small closet, so consider that when booking, as it may be an inconvenience for some.
We had a wonderful time in Paris and would definitely consider staying at Loic’s place again!
