The owner replies fast and makes sure everything is clear. The apartment itself is neat, tidy and has everything you could ask for. A very nice stay!

Great communication from the owner throughout. The property is in a great location with easy access to several metro stations which made reaching everywhere we needed to go very straightforward. The property has a well stocked kitchen too! Plenty of restaurants nearby of really good quality. A recommended location.

Perfect for our family

Loved this apartment. Was perfect for our family of 5. Convenient to the metro and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfy and the water pressure was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with. Very happy with this place.

Overall a great stay in a quiet, family friendly location, a 2 minute walk away from St-Ambroise metro station. The bedrooms are in the basement, which had a very musty smell upon our arrival. This was quickly made better by opening all of the windows and activating the provided fans. There were umbrellas for us to use, which came in very useful as it rained 2 of the days we were visiting Paris. The space is a little cluttered with the owner's personal items, but the upside is that there is everything you need to do laundry, or cook a complete meal, without having to run to the store for supplies. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for us. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful.

Nous étions 4 : mon mari, mes deux fils (21 ans et 16 ans) et moi.L'appartement est très bien situé, permettant de prendre le métro 8 (direct Champs-Elysées), le métro 9 (direct Nation et Opéra) et le métro 5 (direct Place d'Italie). Le quartier est animé, avec supermarchés, boulangers, fromager, cafés et restaurants.La rue est calme, agréable. Possibilité d'accéder à l'appartement avec un boîtier à clé.L'appartement était très propre. Nous avions un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle. La cuisine est bien équipée et il restait de l'huile, du thé, du café, etc. : parfait pour le premier soir et le premier matin !En canicule, quel bonheur de dormir dans les chambres, installées dans le souplex : elles sont claires, fraîches et nous avons aimé le cachet (pierre des murs). Aucune humidité à redouter : le système de ventilation est efficace.Les miroirs et les puits de lumière permettent également d'avoir des chambres plutôt claires. D'une manière générale, l'utilisation des miroirs dans l'appartement (rez de chaussée et étage inférieur) est très astucieuse et permet que cela soit lumineux et agréable à vivre.Avec trois box Internet dans l'appartement, nos enfants n'étaient pas perdus.Le meilleur pour la fin : un mot pour notre hôte, Adrien : très attentif, très sympathique. Il a pris de nos nouvelles et a répondu à nos quelques questions très rapidement. Un grand merci à sa femme et à lui pour ce séjour : nous reviendrons !
