Stained, ripped and dirty

Nothing like the pictures. This place has clearly been left to degrade for a long time. The curtains are ripped and stained, the chairs are stained, the sofa is stained, the bed blanket is stained, the walls are dirty and damaged, the sinks are stained and damaged, the shower is stained, the tiles are stained, everywhere you look something else is stained or damaged. We were so upset and disappointed as it cost a lot of money. We spent over £800 on this, which we are now trying to get back. Avoid this place.
