This beautiful apartment is located on the 6ᵉ floor of a building with an elevator to the 5ᵉ floor.



Upon entering, you'll discover a spacious, bright and peaceful living room. The open kitchen, fully equipped and functional, will enable you to cook with ease. Opposite, a relaxation area with two large, comfortable sofas, armchairs and a connected TV invites you to get together.

Beautiful

We absolutely loved the area and the apartment was just lovely, they did have trouble with one of the toilets but it wasn’t finished repair whilst we were there so only had I toilet which was difficult

Paris Trip

Location was very nice. 2nd Bedroom and bathroom were very small. Wife broke toe. Elevator was working but only went to 5th floor. Had to carry 50lbs of luggage 4 pieces up to 6th floor.

Disappointing stay

Our check in process was frustrating because we were given very vague instructions and had to call the property management company. The apartment was on the 6th floor and the elevator wasn't working, so we had to lug all of our bags up the stairs. The apartment looked cute when we arrived and was well appointed with towels and toilet paper, etc. It was quiet and the shades blocked out the light well, so we slept well. The showers were also very nice. The neighborhood was fine, close enough to places we wanted to go and had nearby cafes and stores. We were really counting on doing laundry as we had already been traveling for a week and were low on clean clothes, but again, the directions for the washer/dryer were very vague. I tried to figure it out and experimented with different cycles, but it just didn't work well- it seemed to take forever to dry the clothes and they didn't smell good. All of the above I could've dealt with no problem, but the final straw for me is that the bed where my children were sleeping clearly had bed bugs! We noticed them toward the end of our stay and my children had bite marks on them. Then to top it all off, we were told check out was at 11 am. At 10:30 am when we were packing up to leave, a man rang the bell, (I guess he was there to clean) and asked if we were done yet. We said no and he waited outside the door, when we finally came out, he was pretty rude to to us. And the elevator was broken again, so we had to lug our bags

Absolutely wonderful!!

I own several vacation homes in Texas and Florida and I have very high standards for communication and details. This flat was convenient, well stocked and so comfortable. Very nice linens and towels. Loved having a washing machine and AC. Hope to stay again!

Filthy smoke filled property.

The absolute worst property I have ever rented. Soiled linens, soiled furniture, very heavy smoke smell. Had to vacate property due to unsanitary conditions. Property manager ghosted when confronted w conditions. I had to rent 3 rooms on Easter weekend at neighboring hotel and cost $4,500.00 dollars. Beware the 5 star reviews.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was great! Check in process was very well explained, however, our driver from your recommended service, helped us through the process! The apartment was very well maintained with lovely furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was within walking distance to Paris attractions. Our stay was fabulous!! Thank You!!

Great place, great location, a few warnings

Overall this was a really nice place and a fun location for our first visit to Paris. Unit is exactly as described/depicted and has plenty of room. We’d stay here again probably, but be warned: - check in instructions are comically bad, and were mostly wrong. After two inquiries they sent clearer instructions that actually made sense, and still we needed to guess at some things. Lost half a star for this. - as others noted, lift goes only to the 5th level, stairs one level up from there. Not a stunning view, but a pleasant rooftop view. - the lift is TINY! You can fit two typical people, maybe three if one is a child. Or one person with baggage. Plan for at least a couple of trips if you have a group or lots of bags, or plan to take stairs. - the lift BROKE two days before our departure. Instead of sending someone they sent me some questions about it. Needless to say it wasn’t fixed, so we had to drag our heavy American-sized bags down 6 spiral flights. Took 3 trips up and down. Lost another half star for this, tough way to finish! - has a washer/dryer combo unit. Don’t plan on drying anything…it will take 1000 years and it gets super hot even on low temps. Dryer doesn’t ventilate as far as I can tell…just ends up with very hot, very humid air inside. - nicely redecorated and good amount of towels for a short stay. - staff was responsive in the app, even if questions weren’t really handled the first time - good restaurant on the same street - was jam packed on weeknights!

Fall in Paris

We loved our stay at this nice apartment. Our only complaint was that the dishwasher didn't work and there was only one key provided. But we made it all work and would definitely stay there again. The communication with the management was excellent.

Beautiful apartment with great location

Very happy with the apartment, very responsive management team, tried their best to accommodate our request for early check in and late checkout. The only thing to consider is the lift is very small and there is no lift access to 6th floor where the apartment is located. Highly recommend this apartment

Great Paris location!

A comfy place in a great location-very close to many shops and restaurants as well as the Metro. Excellent communication from host. I definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Paris. Our group of four was very comfortable. Nice bathrooms and showers.
