Located rue du Sommerard in the iconic Saint-Michel district, this bright, 45 sqm apartment has everything it needs to comfortably accommodate 4 people.

In the heart of a lively district a few steps from Notre-Dame Cathedral, easily accessible by metro or bus, and surrounded by museums, cafes and shops, this bright apartment with views of Paris is located on the first floor of a typically Parisian building and is accessible by lift. It is composed of a large bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped American kitchen.

The living room has an ultra-comfortable sofa bed and the bedroom has a queen-size bed. The modern and spacious bathroom offers its guests all the necessary comfort and independence.

Good size apartment for a family traveling with two teens. Location is good and safe and 5min walking distance to many restaurant and 5-10 min to Notre Dame.

Location, location, location!

My wife and I just returned from ten nights at the flat. The location can’t be beaten in my view. Within walking distance of all the Latin Quarter sights and tons of good dining.Pick a Flat were readily accessible and responsive. Having said that some instructions/directions for things like stove top and oven would have been helpful.Check in and check out were seamless and they were accommodating with regard to an early check in.The layout of the flat was excellent and the TV was great with lots of available content. Our only real complaint was the couch. It is a pullout which often translates to less than ideal comfort. Certainly this couch is not very comfortable. In addition the seat portion was continually slipping forward as if the bed portion was coming out. We had to manhandle it several times a day/evening to push the seat back in place.Having said that, as the title says, the location trumps everything in my view. I would definitely return next time I am in Paris.

Great location, super clean but bare-bones amenities

This is a very clean flat in a great location. The minimalist decor was pleasant. But bathroom is super tiny. And there was only one drinking glass! I was just one person staying, but the flat is advertised for 4 - that would have been a problem. The coffee machine did not work. And there is absolutely nothing in the kitchen - no salt, sugar, no little bottle of olive oil...It would make a much better impression by adding just a few of these very simple basics.

Great location, great service

This location is great, right in the heart of the 5th. The apartment is very comfortable, light and pleasant. The management was very responsive to my questions for operating the appliances. The kitchen is fairly sparsely equipped, so cooking and dining in is probably limited, but if you're going out anyway, it doesn't matter.

Perfect lodging

Convenient location, close to all public transportation, the apartment was newly renovated and clean. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The management immediately answered any question we had. This was our best lodging experience in France and loved every minute there.

Great location

The flat is in a great location, a couple of blocks from Notre-Dame Cathedral. The kitchen had nice appliances but could have been supplied a little better with glasses and utensils. It is on the first floor and you could hear everything from the street. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

PERFECT PARIS APARTMENT

This apartment was bright, sunny and comfortable. Right in the heart of everything. the only negatives were - the toilet cistern was broken - an easy and cheap fix - it was difficult to flush. It needs a full length mirror someone in the flat - and directions in English on how to use TV and washer. we had big problems with both - but other than that would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A well laid out apartment in neat old building close to everything. There were some minor mechanical issues (door sticking, noise from air conditioner compressor), but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Excellent Location

I stayed here with my wife and children (13 and 10). The apartment location is ideal to the metro, grocery store, and a nice neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and pullout was couch was large. Overall, a nice place to stay!

Month in Paris

Spent 4 wonderful weeks exploring Paris . This apt was located in the 5th and central to many events, restaurants, overall exploring! While the apt is small , it worked out fine . Suggestion should be more directions left on how to use air, heat, washer/dryer , trouble with internet . They were responsive with questions but this would have eliminated the back and forth. Suggestions would be to also have a mirror full length close to an outlet. There was no place to dry your hair. Housekeeping services were great . Overall a fantastic experience !!!

A week in Paris

This apartment was very conveniently located. Grateful for the elevator as we had heavy luggage. CommunicTion with our Happiness Manager was most helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. While in a busy area near a busy street, we easily managed the noise with the fan in the bedroom. This was a good choice for our stay.

Cozy apartment, everything you need

Very smooth check in, spacious apartment for Paris, clean, good mattresses, small but functional bathroom, towels and bedding like in a luxury hotel, perfect location even if a bit noisier on the weekend. This apartment is located in the perfect neighborhood, close to the Seine, Norte Dame, and Shakespeare and Co. It was slightly dusty and we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning but there were two fans that kept us cool enough. Having laundry was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

Had a nice stay with my daughter. Arrived early as we had the code but the cleaning people came and asked us to leave. We were able to leave our luggage. Arriving at 8 am and having to drag your stuff around Paris is not fun. When we finally got in it was very clean and neat. Very much appreciated that. We had a major flood from the shower which took us two days of back and forth to get fixed. , but it was eventually done and worked great. I spent a lot of time in the flat as I broke my leg on a bike tour. It is very nice and the location is central to all Paris has to offer

Lovely flat for a couple to enjoy the Latin Quarter. Excellent communication with host who arranged transport to and from CDG with prompt and courteous drivers.
