Summary:

Welcome to this charming 60 sqm apartment ideally located on the famous Rue des Martyrs.



Comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to six people.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming, quiet courtyard.



Rue des Martyrs is one of the most lively shopping streets in the 9ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, leading directly to the Montmartre district.



The Space:

It opens onto a lovely living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed.

The open kitchen is functional and fully equipped for a home-like living experience.



The master bedroom features a hotel-quality King-Size bed, connected TV and plenty of storage space. This room has an adjoining marble bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower.



The second bedroom has a hotel-quality Queen-Size bed and a connected TV,



The second bathroom is located on the living room level and features a beautiful walk-in shower.

For greater privacy, the WCs are separate (one in total in the apartment).



For optimum comfort, this apartment is equipped with hotel-quality sheets, towels and mattresses, an oven, a dishwasher, high-speed WiFi, two flat-screen TVs and hospitality products.
