酒店地點不是很方便夜晚回去的那段路比較靜沒有街燈感覺有點不安全我住宿共5晚只有1日有幫忙清潔實在太少

OK for 1 or 2 days but not good for longer

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is new and clean. All facilities (kitchenette, shower etc.) worked fine. The location, though not having any interesting sightseeing point or restaurants close by, is close to a metro station (around 8 mins walk). However the property is surrounded by many construction sites which makes walking in and out not on easy path. So at this price it is acceptable to stay for 1 or 2 days. However if you stay longer, many issues arise. 1. poor sound proof - you hear what next room is doing and always hear the doors outside banging 2. strange big noise from the toilet and water system. If others flush the toilet or turn on the tap, your toilet and water system will "roar". That made me wake up for a few times in the middle of the night. 3. room supplies and cleaning are scarce, and not all staff are helpful. I was given 4 capsules on the table when first checked in, so after 4 days I asked the receiptionist for replenishment. But he refused and said the capsules and tea bags were only "welcome gifts" and could not be replenished. How ridiculous. Then there was no room cleaning for more than a week, which made the rubbish bin overflow and smell with food.

Sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, deshalb kann man es für Familien sehr empfehlen. Der Balkon war etwas ungemütlich, Balkonmöbel wären schön gewesen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Plumbing was leaking. Complained 1 st day , not taken care. There is no one to take responsibility. One incharge promised to refund one of the three nights due to the inconvenience caused by the broken toilet. On last day they charged me full price. When asked about refund they continently pleaded ignorance. Problem not solved Promise was broken

Nous avons aimé l'appartement pour deux adultes et deux enfants. C'était propre et confortable.Bien situé près dun métro. Il manque de trucs dans l'appartement comme des linges à vaisselle. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Le service au chambre était plus ou moins bon: il manquait de savon, une journée, elle a fait seulement un lit sur 2. Les employés à l'accueil étaient gentils. Par contre, on voulait d'autres café Nespresso, une fille à l'accueil nous vendu des capsules, le lendemain, le jeune homme ne voulait pas nous en vendre et la dernière journée, l'homme à l'accueil nous en a donné. Somme toute, notre séjour fut agréable.

La chambre attribuée n’avait pas été nettoyé (serviettes utilisées, lits non faits, poils dans le lavabo). On nous a trouvé un plan B, 2 chambres au lieu d’une seule pour 5 personnes). Super emplacement pour le transport en commun!

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. sie ging nicht zu bedienen. Die Zimmertemperatur stieg an auf 26°C. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, da die Autobahn vor dem Fenster war. Das Personal im Hotel war super freundlich und die Zimmer waren auch okay.

We came down to cafeteria and order two coffe in early morning. We expect to have expresso. The price we paid is more expensive than expresso coffee in coffee shop. Yet we got coffee for vender machine even they have expresso machine on there. The old lady there seems very unfriendly services. We feel like we bother her....Guess may be she does not like Asian and thinking we are Chinese even we are not....This hotel business never getting better busines with that lady

The hotel overall is fine, but my experience was terrible. The AC didn't work on my room and the staff was not fast enough to have it fixed. It took them 2 days to finally agree there was a problem, and then said they were full and could not move me to another room until the next day, so in total I was on a hot room for 3 nights! The staff and management were also unwilling to refund even a day of my stay as some sort of compensation. very frustrating when you are on business and on Jetlag to struggle to sleep with a defective room.

Safe, modern, well situated place to stay in Paris

Well situated near the Place d’Italy Metro station, it was professional and clean. The breakfast was expensive and didn’t have hot cereal. The pillows were so fat they gave me a neck ache. The room was a comfortable temperature but was too hot under the duvet. I wished for a top sheet but didn’t understand that top sheets are not normally used in France. It had a nice balcony overlooking a large highway interchange. Except for the oversized pillows and hot duvet, I was quite happy there.

Rapport qualité ~ prix : 10/10 !

Établissement récent, accueil exemplaire : convivial et sympathique à l’arrivée comme au départ ! Les logements sont en parfait état, bien équipés et d’une propreté impeccable. Ma chambre donnait sur le périph´, mais quasi aucun bruit perçu grâce à une très bonne insonorisation des fenêtres. Merci, je reviendrai !
