At the foot of the apartment are many trendy stores, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets
My warm, elegant, bright, tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation will give you an ideal stay in Paris with family or friends.

74m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator includes

Great flat!

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was just a couple blocks from many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was also near the metro station, which made going anywhere in the city quite easy. Air conditioning was only in the main areas, not the bedrooms. But, there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which really helped. To have any air conditioning in Paris is a plus though. The building itself was very quiet and the neighborhood was too. I would recommend staying at this property.
