Summary:
This splendid, modern, bright, elegant and fully equipped flat in a beautiful building in Saint-Germain des Prés is wonderfully located. You will be immersed in the ideal Paris, with many of the district's leading shops: the Café de Flore, the Church of Saint Germain, the quays of the Seine, art galleries, the Notre Dame de Paris cathedral, the Bon Marché, and the Lutetia hotel. With family or friends, my accommodation will give you an unforgettable Parisian experience.

The Space:
Sublime apartment of 90 m2, fully air-conditioned for 6 people on the 1st floor with elevator:
- 2 large bedrooms with bathroom
- 1 large living room with sofa bed, television and wifi
- 1 office area
- 1 kitchen open to the fully equipped dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator)
- 1 separate toilet

Sheets and towels are provided and cleaning is carried out by professional staff.

Charming elegance at most central left bank location

5 night stay with 2 adult couple. Wonderful living room area and equally charming and large kitchen area. Bedrooms off the street so noise from Blvd St Germain not an issue at night. Excellent communication with host.
