  • Located on rue Lepic. Adorable loft-artist's studio of 65m2. Quiet, bright, secure and decorated with great taste and fantasy. Ideal for couple or family with 2 children. A stone's throw from the shops of rue Lepic and Abbesses, very well served by the metro line 2 and 12 many small restaurants of which I make you a list of recommendations.<br>I'm sure you'll love it!<br><br>Situated in the heart of Montmartre . Lovely loft studio of 65 M2. Quiet, light, protected and decorated with taste and fantasy. Percfect for a family with chidrens or in couple.<br>Very near two metro station Abbesses or Blanche 5 minutes by walk Line 2 or 12 many nice restaurants wich I leave a list for you also exhibition ? I m sure you will love it !

Beautiful property and great location. Bathrooms a little small but definitely doable. Very cozy place. Subway stations cliose by and plenty of restaurants and shopping!. Caroline was a lovely host!

This was a perfectly cozy little crib to come home to in Montmarte. Loved the neighborhood! Our host, Caroline, was very helpful and generous. I would stay here again when I make it back to Paris.

Very charming apartment. Well stocked, close to shopping and transportation. The listing states the apartment has air conditioning, this is not central air and can be insufficient on hot days. Heat rises and the upstairs can get warm. Nothing the windows and a cool breeze can’t fix. The downstairs bathroom is tight but adequate. The host is very friendly and suggested several local options for restaurants and entertainment. Overall, a lovely stay.

We loved the apartment - it was the perfect size for our family of 4, it’s in a vibrant neighborhood and there are 2 metro stops a short walk away. It was the perfect home base for our 10 day stay.

Notre séjour a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Caroline est une hôtesse attentionnée, disponible et très agréable. Elle a contribué à rendre notre expérience des plus agréables grâce à son accueil chaleureux et à sa disponibilité.Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivée : très propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi.L’emplacement est un véritable atout. Situé au cœur de Montmartre, dans le 18e arrondissement de Paris, il permet de profiter pleinement du charme du quartier, de ses rues pittoresques, de ses cafés, de ses restaurants et de ses nombreux sites à découvrir, tout en bénéficiant d’un excellent accès aux transports en commun.Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans la moindre hésitation. Great spot

Lovely stay on historic Rue Lepic in Montmartre. The apartment worked well for our family of 4 including two teenagers. Catherine was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again in this adorable spot.

Son Graduation

Location was amazing. Easy to navigate all of Paris from this location. We are hikers so we walked from our location to the Louvre, Notre-Dame and the basilica. Only transport we needed was for our visit to Versailles. Super comfortable home, great contact with owner and we felt very cared for.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. Everything you need for an amazing stay in Paris.

The apartment is lovely and ideal for a family with teens, having enough space for everyone to have some privacy. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of historic and new sights.

2 weeks in Paris

Caroline was a wonderful host and answered questions promptly. The space is thoughtfully designed, has really nice artistic touches, comfortable, and clean. Location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would return in a heartbeat.

Knus gezellig appartement

Een heerlijke week in Parijs gehad. Appartement is ideaal. Wij hebben het gebruik gehad. Alleen het feestje van de buren was vervelend.

Caroline was awesome to communicate with, quick response, and location was close to many attractions and restaurants (Le Chinon had very good food and awesome staff). Property was clean and as listed, and wouldbe ideal for a smaller party or a couple, or some students on a holiday. Not ideal for us as several of us are over 6 feet tall, so a little cramped for 4 of us, but was quaint and we made it work, as most of our time was out exploring beautiful Paris. I would definately recommend the property, the area, and the owner.

Fantastic apartment in Monmartre

Great place to stay on the historic Rue Lepic. Everything we needed was provided and more and the location was perfect. Caroline was a great host and provided loads of information on good restaurants and places to go. Would definitely recommend. Only comment was that the ceiling height and bathrooms were quite tight for a tall man of 196cm.

Caroline was a most remarkable host. Upon entering her apartment, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a vase of sunflowers, and a little snack. The apartment has such a warm and comfortable feel to it. There are many personal touches that make the apartment feel homey. It was really nice to have a washing machine to use while traveling. The location in Monmartre was just incredible. From the apartment, you can easily walk to cafes, shops, and a grocery store in a matter of minutes. And walking up to Sacre Coeur and the Monmartre Museum was a delightful outing. Unfortunately we were there during the heatwave, so the apartment got extremely hot. The small AC unit is not what we are used to in America, so just be aware of that. Also, if you have difficulty climbing stairs be aware that there are many stairs leading to the apartment and more once in the apartment. Caroline does a great job of checking in with you and offering advice for restaurants and parks.

Great location!

This loft is in a great location and we found the neighborhood to be both lively and friendly. Caroline provided lots of suggestions and was very responsive. We had a lot of luggage as my daughter is relocating to Paris, so the stairs to the 4th floor loft were a bit challenging.

My family of three greatly enjoyed our stay at Caroline's lovely home! The apartment was well appointed and conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Metro station that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Caroline was very accommodating and responsive to messages, and she provided excellent recommendations. While the air conditioning unit on the first floor was very much appreciated and helped to keep downstairs cool, it was pretty warm on the second floor even with the use of fans. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris. Merci beaucoup!

Excellent stay for a week in Paris

We spent 5 days at Caroline’s apartment and it was perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood rather than in the middle of the main tourist hub. The apartment was quiet and remarkably cool despite the soaring temperatures in Paris. There was an air conditioner, but we mostly just opened the windows and used fans. The beds were comfortable and allowed our kids to have their own spaces. There was a lovely bottle of wine as well as lots of spices and oils should you wish to cook. Check in was very easy and Caroline allowed us to drop our bags before checking so we could go explore. Merci Caroline - c’est fantastique!
