The "Moderne T5 Avec Jardin" family flat is located in Paris and is an excellent choice for an urban getaway in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.



700M from Paris exposition Porte de Versailles

2.5km from the Eiffel Tower



3KM from Les Invalides







The 110 m² property consists of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. On-site facilities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen complete with crockery, spices, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine.)



This holiday flat has a private furnished covered terrace for enjoying drinks or relaxing overlooking the lush garden.



City bike hire is located directly next to the building. Franprix, Monoprix and Carrefour City supermarkets are next door, and metro lines 8 and 12 are 300 m from the flat. Tram lines T2 and T3 are 700m away.







A parking space is available in a garage.



Families with children are welcome.

Central location

Overall the location is good and the beds are comfortable. The unit has no comfortable places to sit. There is only one couch that is hard and there are no other places to sit other than the acrylic dining table chairs or the stools around the island which are just hard metal. The host needs to provide written directions for use of TV, where to drop the garbage and how to use the combination washer dryer.
