Apartment in the Center of Paris

  • Summary:

    Apartment located on the 1st floor, air-conditioned and ideally located between the Sacré Coeur and the Grévin Museum, near the Galeries Lafayette. The location is ideal for those taking the Eurostar or Thalys.

    My renovated, chic, modern accommodation tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped is ideal for a successful stay with family or friends



    The Space:

    The 50m2 apartment is composed of:

    - A living room, with sofa bed

    - A fully equipped open kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher)

    - 1 bedroom with queen size bed

    - 1 shower room with toilet



    The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.



    Guest Access:

    Travellers have access to the entire flat



    The Neighborhood:

    This flat is located in the centre of Paris in the 10th arrondissement. Many shops (restaurants, supermarkets) are nearby. The flat is close to:

    - The Grands Boulevards (150 metres)

    - Le Grand Rex cinema (450m)

    - Grand Place de la République (1,2km)

    - Galeries Lafayette (1,5km)

    - Opera Garnier (1.6km)



    There are many theatres around the flat like:

    - The famous Gymnasium theatre (350m)

    - The Folies Bergères theatre (500m)

    - The famous Grévin museum (850m)

    - The chocolate museum (250m).

Super location

Location was excellent - a block and a half from Gare Nord and metro and rental bikes steps away. We found we were 17-25 minutes by bike from all major attractions. Access by code and lockbox was easy and avoided having to keep key with you. Nearby restaurants, patisserie and fresh food market was also enjoyable.

Paris

It was a very nice apartment. It was clean, large and very quiet. The air conditioner was fantastic, after being hot all day and coming home to a cold room was amazing! We felt very safe with the locked entrance and elevator too. I would definitely rent the apartment again. The location is fabulous, five minutes from the train, metro or bus. We found many good restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. Enjoyed our stay immensely

Great spot from which to explore Paris.

This property met all of our expectations. The amenities were as promised in the listing and the location was the perfect spot from which to explore Paris.With just a five-minute walk to Gare du Nord train station - eight minutes to Gare de l'Est, it's easily accessible for those arriving by rail. And Gare du Nord is a hub for the Metro, so many lines converge at this location, making almost every major Paris attraction minutes away.With a two-step entry process - courtyard and front door, the property is safe and while there was constant traffic on Rue La Fayette, the street noise was negligible.Two grocery stores are steps away, as is Saint-Quentin Market with produce, butcher shops, fromageries, and food stalls. There is a wide range of restaurants within a fifteen-minute walk, ranging from North American chains near the train station to various ethnic cuisines and a Michelin-star restaurant for those looking for a culinary experience.There was a slight problem accessing the apartment key, but the owners were very responsive and had it resolved quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend the property.
