## Space

Close to all shops and means of transport, and a 3-minute walk from the Paris Courthouse, this comfortable apartment is perfect for a stay in Paris. Take advantage of its direct connection to Orly Airport via metro line 14, just a stone's throw from the apartment.

Located on the 4th floor of a new residence with lift, this bright 45 sq. m flat is composed of :
- a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a baby bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, hoover, high chair,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- an underground parking lot.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

Located in Clichy, at the doors of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, this nice and modern flat is located at the best place to easily access to all the emblematic places of the city.You will be a few steps away from Montmartre, close to the fancy districts with the Champs-Elysées, but also 3 min walking away from Paris Judicial Tribunal. In this pleasant neighborhood, you can enjoy the French capital on foot or by transport and discover the many restaurants and bars in the area.

Great family-friendly property with all the amenities you need! Conveniently located next to a grocery store and close to the metro station. The place was clean, and communication was excellent, accommodating early and late check-outs. The only downside was the keyless lock, which made it difficult for 1-2 family members to access the property independently. Overall, a wonderful stay!
