Located at the heart of Paris, this artist workshop with a view on Montmartre roofs can accommodate up to 4 people. In a central district, close to shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice in order to visit the city of lovers.
Our atypical apartment in duplex with terrace, is situated on the 6th floor without elevator, consists of a cozy living space of 60sq. m and includes :
- a cozy and very bright living room,
- a sunny terrace on Paris roofs,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- two bathrooms with shower and bathtub,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan, cot,
- TV and Wi-Fi
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

## Neighborhood
By staying in the 10th arrondissement, in Porte Saint-Denis district, you will be at the heart of one of the most trendy and animated districts of the capital. Plenty of designers boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations… will be accessible by foot. You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days, or to join bu foot the Marais, Montorgueuil district, Montmartre as well as Notre-Dame. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, and also Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.
To have a drink, we recommend you the Cour des Petites Ecuries, less than 10 min away, where you’ll find plenty of bars with a bohemian atmosphere.

From Gare de l’Est → 4 min by foot (metro lines 4, 5 and 7, RER E)
From Gare du Nord → 10 min by foot
From CDG airport → 40 min by transports or 50 min by car
From Orly airport → 50 min by transports or by car
## Access
You will have to pick-up the keys at our office, next to the apartment.
Our office is open during the week days from 8:00am to 9:00pm and on week-ends from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
