This 34 m² apartment, quiet and bright. On the 1st floor without lift ; It is located in one of the liveliest areas of Paris, but you still can found some quiet and relaxing moments in this apartment. It is composed of a living room with US kitchen fully equiped, a large bedroom with closets, a bathroom and separated WC. Several storage.

Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.
## Neighborhood
Next to Montparnasse Tower, in a street with many shops, the area is full of bars and restaurants. Near to rue de Rennes and a few minutes walking to Jardin du Luxembourg

Cute little apartment in a great neighbourhood!
Truly wonderful location- felt completely safe on the street, seconds to the metro and with dozens of great food options nearby. The check-in process was easy and Jérôme was very helpful and promptly answered any questions. The apartment was clean and well kept with a lovely little garden view and a comfy spacious bedroom. This is a great little place to come back to after a day out in Paris, highly recommend!

Location location location
Awesome location feet from train station. Restaurants, cafes, markets, crepes all within a few blocks of apartment. Apartment was safe and quiet. Small amd would suggest only for 2 ppl but loved the location. Hemingway himself stayed close by. Price is great for this basic but nice little apartment. Would stay again.

lovely location, bare appartment
The location was great! They have pots and pans and detergent, but nothing beyond. No A/C, so be prepared in the heat! Communication with check in was a bit difficult. I recommend owner provides details in French and English ahead of time. Expensive for what was provided, but loved the neighborhood.
