Apartment was as advertised. I would emphasize closer to Place D'Italie versus the park. A very nice neighborhood with bakeries, grocery stores and cafes very close. Very comfortable apartment for three people.

Charming Neighborhood and So Convenient

Staying in a pristine newly renovated apartment in Paris was the dream my family was hoping for. Great restaurants nearby, convenient to the metro, and so bright inside the apartment. We would most definitely stay here again for our next trip to Paris. We all loved it!

Overall our 4-day stay was comfortable. We did not cook and I would not recommend this place if cooking was necessary as it is very cramped and there were no paper towel, cleaning products or any kind of cooking condiments. In terms of supplies, we had to buy some toilet paper before the end of our stay. The bedrooms were both spacious and beds were very comfortable but the noise coming from the street kept us awake during the night. The area had good restaurants and we dined every night closed by the apartment. The bathroom had a good shower.

This booking was the most stressful one of our trip. They wanted all payments through a 3rd party website which we didn’t fully trust. They wanted a large security deposit, and Reddit reviews scared us that it’s hard to get your money back. We took photos of everything (and there were lots of dings, lifting carpet, loose door knobs etc) just so we wouldn’t get accused. Also nothing in kitchen (no salt, oil etc).. and was soooo tiny for cooking/ eating. Bedrooms were large, but sheets stained. Over-all poor experience.
