The neighbourhood was brilliant, so many non tourist places to hang for an authentic Paris stay!we searched for 2 bed apmnt and studio prestige was listed as this, it also stated it had a hot tub, when we arrived very shocked, disappointed to find there was only one large room , and a dbl bed and after searching building for hot tub got in touch with host who told us there wasn’t one. There was no apology for falsely listing the apartment, or deliberately misleading guests. We would never have paid so much for a small studio and would have stayed elsewhere at a hotel had the listing been correct. It was very expensive comparatively . At the bottom of the flats, the bin stores were used by a bar so till late at night and early in morning could hear racket of glass empties being thrown into bins and the smell of the bins. The pillows on bed were really hard cushions, not pillows, we got 1x medium towel each to use for three days wheh we asked for another one due to wet weather and the heated towel rail not working the host dropped us off a singular hand towel! The tv didn’t connect to internet so there really was very limited comfort . It was also very stingy in terms of amenities they dropped us off 3 coffee pods for machine, for whole stay. For price and to welcome guests you would expect more hospitable and generous touches. Check out was really badly managed we received around 16 calls from host enquiring we had left and texts even though we followed check out procedure.
