We did enjoy our stay here except for a few unfortunate details. We loved the health and wellbeing center except that the hamman and steam rooms were out of order. The room was very nice except one bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We just used the other one and kept the door closed. But nearby was a beautiful park and tourism office and a great little town with many wonderful small shops and restaurants. Beautiful! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

This is a nice hotel with helpful friendly staff and nice rooms for the most part. One of our bathrooms had a mildew smell that got progressively worse. We had two bathrooms so we only used one and kept the door closed. I should have complained but we were very busy. The wellness area was a welcome rest with pool and sauna abut unfortunately both the hamam and steam rooms and shower in that area were all out of order, as was the dryer for laundry. But we enjoyed our stay anyhow. Great walking paths and park with the Tourism Office and town with many small shops and restaurants.

Pros: -The room was nice, clean, nice balcony - Great to have a kitchenette Cons: A big con is the shuttle - unbelievably it's not available between 11 am and 5 pm - right in the middle of the day! You have to take an Uber or taxi if you arrive at those times. Even worse - there is a $7 charge each way - I travel a lot and have never had a hotel charge me for the shuttle. It makes the place really seem cheap.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Stay on 30/06/2025 Dear whom it may concern], I am writing to formally raise a number of concerns following our stay at your hotel on the night of 30th June 2025. 1. Fire Alarm Incident and Emergency Response At approximately 7:00 AM, the fire alarm was triggered and sounded three separate times. While I understand these systems exist for our safety, the handling of the situation was deeply concerning. We followed the emergency exit signage as instructed, but found the stairwell exit blocked by a Qatar Airways crew member and her suitcase. Despite being asked, she refused to move her luggage from the doorway. Upon reaching the emergency stair exit, we discovered the door was locked and would not open, even after three adult guests attempted to force it. Most troubling was the complete lack of visible staff presence or direction throughout this episode. This lack of guidance significantly added to the distress experienced by our children and other guests. 2. Check-In and Payment Dispute We had prepaid our booking via Expedia, but upon arrival the receptionist (Marie) insisted we had not paid and asked us to pay again. Despite showing our receipt and bank confirmation, she remained dismissive and unhelpful. Only after we contacted Expedia, who in turn spoke directly with the hotel, was the situation resolved. This unnecessary confrontation following a long journey was frustrating and disheartening. More to follow

La atención fue lenta, una fila kilométrica de huéspedes llegando otros regresando de los cuartos porque el personal de limpieza estaba atrasado (eran las 8 de la noche). Dos personas en recepción pour mínimo 15 huéspedes esperando. Una persona tenía la misma llave que la mía y trato de entrar a mi cuarto a eso de las 10:00 de la noche. Jamás me pasó tantas cosas el mismo día, desde mi balcón podía ver que abajo en el techo terraza alguien había girado una sábana. Me dijeronquenel’Schuttle era gratis y directo a la terminal cual son 7euros y nos lleva al train que va a la terminal.

My room's AC did not work, and it took a while to get a new room, which greatly delayed my bedtime. I was hoping to have a long and good night's sleep. In the new room, there was no washcloth, small towels, or a hairdryer. The hotel was rather dirty and outdated. I had stayed in that hotel some years back when it was a Crowne Plaza hotel, which was wonderful at the time and it was the reason I opted for this hotel. The hotel is now under different ownership and it shows. I would not recommend it.

I liked the commitment of some of the staff. But also one staff in particular a member of management at the front desk was inattentive and passed the buck as if she did not want to be bothered. Limited vegetarian dishes in the restaurant, bed was nice and comfortable as well as the rare occasion of having a bathtub of which I enjoyed a warm bath. Yes, it was an average hotel.

Actually. Booked reservation for 05/24/25 I got confirmed email about my stay n also called them confirmed my reservation went there at 12.30am they kept at lobby fir an hour n told me that I’ve only 2 person reservation not 4 person. Once we went into the room it was horrible stinky smell not able to sleep there and very hot no proper AC also , vacated early morning went out stayed outside . BenI never expected this horrible situation in Expedia recommended hotels in past 25 years anywhere. I use Expedia no of times this is the first time I had very bad experiences.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. We had the family room which was huge, had two separate bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Spotless clean and super comfortable bed. Even had the second bed ready for our daughter which was lovely. We did not need to have to set it up. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Large hotel and I was probably about as far away from check-in you could get, but the room was clean and comfortable, food good.

J'avais beaucoup d'attente car c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles avec spa dans une zone où il n'y a que des hôtels 4 étoiles. Proche de l'office de tourisme, deux bus qui menent a l'aéroport... bref l'hotel idéal quoi ! C'est peut la raison pour laquelle je suis extrêmement déçue. Le personnel est professionnel mais vraiment peu accessible et arrageant. J'ai du déposer une cautions équivalent à mes nuitées débités direct de mon compte (chose non precisé lors de ma réservation, moi qui pensait n'avoir que la taxe de séjour à payer). Je suis une frileuse et mes deux premières nuits ont été affreuses car j'avais froid et ils n'ont "rien pu faire" car après le 20 avril ils nont aucune obligation de chauffer le logement. Et zéro proposition pour m'aider à mieux dormir. De plus, le logement avait une mauvaise isolation sonore j'entendais les avions presque tout le temps surtout la nuit ! 2h du matin, 5h... Ca m'est resté à travers la gorge et je n'ai plus rien demandé. Je ne saurais noter le reste.

This one is quite close to the airport and is convenient for getting to the airport. Sadly spa is closed temporarily. Otherwise everything is good.
