  • Welcome to your Paris home away from home! This charming studio apartment, located on the lively Rue de Beauregard, offers a comfortable retreat in the heart of Paris. With its modern facilities and welcoming atmosphere, it's the perfect base for exploring the city.
    The location of the apartment will allow you to move quickly and easily across the capital via many possibilities for public transportation:

    - Strasbourg Saint Denis, Bonne Nouvelle or Sentier metro stations near the apartment.
    - Pay parking, rue St Appoline. However, this is a neighborhood where you may have difficulty finding parking.
    - Charles de Gaulle airport is 40 minutes away by car and approximately 35 minutes from Orly airport.
    Layout: On the 1st floor: (Kitchen(stove, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery), Living/bed room(Bed Linen, Desk, single sofa bed, double bed, TV), bathroom(shower, toilet, Towels/Sheets (Incl.), shampoo)) Hot Water, Internet Access DSL, Wardrobe, heating, iron, Essentials, Cooking basics
