One week in la ville du lumière

Dommage !

Studio très bien situé, qui fut très bien aménagé…. Il y a 15 ans…Mais qui souffre d’un entretien très médiocre, négligé et à l’économie. Tout fonctionne à la petite semaine, les radiateurs ne chauffent pas bien, il manque des caches sur les interrupteurs, l’installation électrique est bricolée, raccords, scotch, limite dangereuse, ampoules cassées, le pare-douche qui ne se ferme pas, les carrelages et joints sanitaires sales et vétustes, la cafetière à moitié cassée, la télévision qui marche mal, la box internet à moitié en équilibre derrière la télé suspendue et qui fait tellement de bruit qu’il faut la débrancher pour dormir. Une seule micro-tasse à café (dé à coudre ?), on est obligé de mettre un verre en biais sous la cafetière pour le petit déj. Ce n’est pas un problème de ménage, c’est juste que tous les équipements sont vétustes et à remplacer (et non pas réparer, mastiquer, camoufler comme le fait le « technicien d’entretien ». Message au propriétaire : Allez vous rendre compte vous-même sur place plutôt que de réagir à distance à la petite semaine. Ce n’est pas aux résidents de faire de multiples remarques, états des lieux et récriminations et en plus de supporter la venue d’un technicien bricoleur. C’est à vous de constater l’état délabré et de réinvestir à neuf si vous voulez continuer à avoir des clients. Et pour finir, aucun sens commercial de la part du gérant qui a refusé de nous accorder une heure de plus pour le check out (prévu à 10h du matin...).

LA PROXIMITE ETAIT TOP SAUF qu'on était trois adultes et le canapé lit était très étroit et très dur. Il manquait une chaise (2 sur 3 disponible), manque de place du coup pour trois adultes.

Un quartier vivant mais calme

Tout près d'un métro, de 3 supermarchés, d'une multitude de restaurants, mais bien au calme dans une petite cour. L'escalier pour accéder au 2° étage est étroit et raide. Ne conviendrait pas à une personne handicapée.

Inaccurate description

I've already tried to contact the managers with this issue. The place was just fine except the "third bed" advertised was not accurate at all. It was a very hard fold out couch/chair that my friend was essentially too big for and had a horrible nights sleep on. It wasn't even a straight pull out, it curved down at the end. It would have been fine had this been listed as a bed perhaps for a child, but not for a full sized adult.

Séjour bien agréable

On a beaucoup aimé le lit, king size. Endroit bien calme, et sympa. Seul bémol, la machine lave linge n’a pas marché, et l’évier bouchée. Sinon, ensemble, c’est parfait.
