Nice hotel staff and secured hotel. Room is small but cozy and clean. I love the balcony with the little table and chairs (my room is on 6/f). Close to Arc de triomphe and Champs Elysees.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and super spacious and perfect for a family of 3. The location can't be beat. Right next to the Arch De Triumph and metro and some good food spots we enjoyed. We also loved our spa night. All in all we would highly recommend this stay to anyone and would stay here again when we comeback to Paris.

It was anything BUT exceptional!! We had to wait a long time when arrived so someone would open the door for us(it was locked). The room was so tiny, and somehow smelly, with a slanted wall, it was really hard to stand up from the bed without hitting your head to the wall! Very narrow hallways (caution if you have wide luggages).

Excellent staff, very attentive, super friendly, very helpful and the MOST important is that they know a lot of different languages and can help all their clients feel more welcome! 👏👏👏 cuddles to the young lady in the front desk, very smart and multi language. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with such a friendly staff! They made everything so easy for us. We landed early so they were so nice to hold our luggage while we went to explore. We loved our cozy room and the fact that we could open our windows. It took a min to learn how to use the AC/ heat lol but it wasn’t an issue. We had an issue with our shower the first night but they were quick to fix it the next day. Such a good walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. In my opinion best place to stay for the price, cleanliness, staff and location! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again to the staff for such a wonderful visit! My mom and I will never forget our first trip to Paris <3

This hotel was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, spa was fun. We booked based off a tiktok we saw and paid a higher rate to get a balcony expecting it to be like the one in the tiktok we saw but the balcony was small, just big enough for a small table n chair. So we wouldn’t have paid the extra knowing that, room was tiny but expected for Paris. Was still a lovely hotel in a great area.

Very appreciated the time spent in this cozy hotel. They thought to everything, even the small details, to make customers feel welcome and help them live an experience as much authentic as possible. The room was small (like everywhere in Paris), but it was beautifully furnished and well organized. The breakfast was good and also and the location was great, just near the Arc du Triomphe and the Champs Elysée, which, during the Christmas time, look like an enchanted place. What is more the Metropolitain station is 50 m from the hotel. People at the reception were always nice and kind, even when we lost our room key (they gave us another one without charging us any fee). Indeed, it was like becoming partof an authentic big Parisian family , even if only for two days.
